In March, we went to Kid Cashew a new Mediterranean restaurant in Dilworth. We also had the pleasure of having Rosita Dugue, as our guest host. She started the table conversation discussing giving back to our community which opened up great dialogue about locations that do not get as much exposure and others wanting to start a non profit. Below is her review of her experience.
It was an honor being the first guest host of Foodies & Fellowship! I was able to discuss my upcoming blog which lead to a great discussion on giving back & volunteering!
For the food... To start I ordered the Cilantro as my drink & I must say its a must try if you like tequila! From the first sip you get tart, a hint of jalapeño, & a kick of tequila. For my main course I ordered the Lamb burger & it was really good, it came with fingerling potatoes that were delicious!
I loved the the atmosphere of the restaurant & the rustic look! Will definitely be back if not for anything else the Cilantro!
